seem to be stuck in the middle of Chapter 1 for the Inquisitor

@proxos666 I Think @StickyYeah means Act 1, Class Story Since he is talking about Zash and Balmorra.
 
First thing would be go to your Quest log, check if you have an Class Mission still,
if yes read and follow the mission text very carefully, there are some trigger points in there that you need to follow trough.
