Serious companion bug, been around for at lest a year and never fixed.

So, when Onslaught came out there was/is a bug that caused you to not get Jakarro if you had an active chapter from the KOTFE/ET content.  There was a supposed work around by replaying a KOTFE chapte...

    Oh, forgot I posted about it here.  They got around to fixing it for me.  I honestly think it was a bloody miracle and it took long enough but it's done, so no complaints.

The only thing I can recommend would be to email support@swtor.com since you are no longer a subscriber.  Not sure if it something that would require a direct fix to that one character or something that requires a patch but I would see if that avenue can resolve the issue for you.
