if playing wifi try an ethernet connection , i would also check temps as thermal issues usually start after 15 minutes of playing
remove and re-add exceptions for the game too to the antivirus and firewall as sometimes these can fail after a patch
I did add the game to exceptions for both. I inspected my wifi through task manager while running it and it seems to suddenly stop and then spike. Which is when it disconnects. Any ideas about what's causing this?
poor wifi signal could be it, using the 2.4Ghz band ? , but over the years i have also seen network adapters fall over as well playing swtor
tried an ethernet cable direct to the router as a test ?
if you have another system or laptop that would help if swtor plays ok on them or not
