I still keep getting same connection error has occurred if problem persists pls contact customer service thing I tried on a different computer same thing
I would try the antivirus stores in the previous page to see if it resolves the issue. It worked for the other person having issues. You can also try disabling both your antivirus and firewall then seeing if it resolves the issue.
There is something locally blocking the connection. Since you have tried another computer I would reset your modem and router and if your wireless try a wired connection.
Last thing you can try is a DNS flush if you know how.
