Share the love gametime missing

I logged in this morning to find my account had switched back to preferred status when I should have had subscription from the share the love event, I used the code before the end date then didn't receive anything on the days we should have, I know this was later fixed and I got the ingame rewards but my 30 days free game time is missing,

    Hi @fuse294 ,

    To get the armor back you'll need to contact CS indeed, however for the vehicle, can you check your Collections? It should be in there and you should be able to claim it again.

    Submit an email to support@swtor.com and provide swtor username etc so they can have a look at the account.

    The rewarded items have disappeared from my inventory and the speeder from my vehicles.

    Well that's the issue partially solved, now there is the armor and gametime to sort out.
