Just to confirm you applied the 'SWTORSHARETHELOVE" code first then updated and applied to a subscription?  If so if you go to your billing page when does it say you'll be charged next for subscription?  When setup a current subscription did any more get deducted from your bank?

Yep. I don't know what I was thinking, maybe I wanted to see if the code would work in my case.

I redeemed the code and THEN subscribed for 30 days sub.
After that, I attempted to redeem the code again but it said that this code has already been used.

Have you been charged for your subscription though is the main thing?  The reason why I ask is because if you setup a subscription it would have charged you right away and applied the 30 days to your account.

If you have not been charged, then you received the 30 days from the promotion and then you will be charged in 30 days or on the date showing on your subscription page.

I've attached a screenshot of my account panel... well... the area where the relevant content is.

It clearly states that I have 29 days left on my subscription, so to me this means that my subscription was billed successfully otherwise I doubt I would have gotten that message.

Really dunno what to do about this issue. Sure, I might have messed up and redeemed the code first and subbed later but seeing as I cannot re-enter that code it should automatically apply to my account once the subscription was processed. And I haven't logged in for at least 6 months so I know that's not the issue...

Just for reference I paid for a 30 day subscription that is still set as a recurring payment (which I will probably disable eventually).

So , i just got into playin this game for about a week , then i hear about this giveaway and i applied the code in the code redeeming section on the website in my account , and nothing happened , im not a sub , im very new to this game ,

As per the above any rewards for the promotion will not be applied until March 1 - 2.

I've checked my bank statements and the money did go through.
When I read it I understood the rewards were the speeder and armor..

• Rejoin the battle as a Premium Player by February 27, 2018 to receive rewards including 30-days of additional Game Time added to your account when you reactivate your subscription and apply the "SWTORSHARETHELOVE" code by February 27, 2018.
• Plus, receive two new in-game rewards, the Chiss Talon Interceptor Airspeeder and the Force Veteran’s Armor Set – these rewards will be available March 1-2, 2018 through in-game mail.

The first bullet point to me clearly states that the 30 days of game are added once you reactivate your sub.

The second bullet point states that the in game items will be given to me in March.

That's what I understood. But I suppose your point makes sense as well:

Honestly I do not appreciate these misleading comments. I mean either way, the 30 days will be needed in March when my sub runs out so it doesn't matter. It's just a shame that when you activate the code and make a sub you don't receive either an in-game mail, or an e-mail notifying you that you will be receiving these items in March and thx for your participation (or something along those lines) so that I know that the procedure was a success. Now I'm left in the dark until March.

I agree that there's a few different ways of interpreting what it says on the promo page. The language could definitely be clearer, especially for promotions with deadlines like these.
