You are best submitting an ingame ticket , they will not action from at that thread now
I am not a subscriber, so now what? Everything I have read points to me not being able to submit an in game ticket unless I am a subscriber.
Sorry for the curt responses and thank you for the help, I am not sure how I missed the email but I did several times.
[edit: email address removed] is the email I think. I will be sending in a request to get my character taken care of.
