Sith Sorcerer missing class quest

Hi,

I was hoping you could help me. I recently resubscribed and started re-levelling my Sith Sorcerer.   I completed the Balmorra class mission and headed to Nar Shaddaa where I followed the class mission and completed it right up to the final stage where I return to my ship's holoterminal and hand in. Once I completed the conversation there was no follow on mission. Currently there is no class mission quest in my log book.

I have returned to Balmorra, Nar Shaddaa, Dromund Kaas and Korriban trying to see if there is a quest that has reset that I can pick up however all the sith inquistor story areas are red and inaccessible.

I have lodged a ticket 5 days ago with no response so far.

Do you have any advice on how I can resume my class mission?
