Sith Warrior class quest missing

Ok so I have been playing the sith warrior class for some time now with no problems at all up until now. I was on Belsavas doing a class mission and while in the instance i walked away from my computer without logging out not thinking anything of it because it, I had never had issues doing this before usually when it tells me that i have been logged out due to inactivity I can log back in and still be in the instance with nothing changed but this time when I logged back in the game had kicked me out of the instance and my class quest was missing I tried going back to my ship and activating to holoterminal but to no avail, PLEASE HELP! I cannot progress in the game and im not a subscriber so I cant submit an in game ticket is there anything at all that can be done?

    Thanks for the reply I finally got it handled, for any non subscribers that have the same issue and find this post I was able to recover my class story mission without being a subscriber. I emailed swtor support and got a response in 2 days and was granted my story mission exactly where I left off.

    I have the same problem with my account i don't see a story mission, how do i contact customer service i dont know their email and i am free to play player

    i had this problem send a ticket explain and it was solved 24hours later so i advise anyone who missin quest to do same they will opena  live chat and get it info like wat quest it is u lost and fix it 🙂

    Hey Aslyum3 the email is support@swtor.com  I put spaces because it kept removing it.

    Thanks for coming back and mentioning , it is good to hear they are doing that for non subscribers.

    Will update the known issues sticky (Link) in regards to this, as last advice was subscribers only.
