Slow update speed

I'm trying to update (non-Steam version) to 6.2 but the download is extremely slow at 512.

At this point, I'm at my wit's end and I'm not sure what else to do.

Here's what I've tried:

1. Deleted bitraider in the past but that made things worse so I want to avoid that at all costs.

2. Internet is a wired connection and have no problems downloading other games

3. Disabled the A/V software.

4. Disabled the firewall

5. Disabled Windows Defender

Would switching to Steam be any faster?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
