speeder Piloting cartel market

Hello everyone, maybe you can help me.

I recently bought the speeder piloting V unlock in the cartel market, my character did not have this yet. I have been at speeder piloting 1 since forever, never really saved up, I just enjoy the story.

Now the item keeps stating that I already unlocked this for my character, if I look in the legacy screen it is stil locked, my speed has not gone up at all. Did I do something wrong or did I misread it?

    @ColdfreezeZer0 

    If I remember the unlock correct, you will need Piloting 1-4 first, would make the Tool Tip badly worded.

    @Ahrngrim When you say "badly worded" do you mean "wrong?" I understand that the odds of a wrong tooltip getting fixed are around 1000000 : 1, but the odds of a badly worded tooltip getting fixed are around 10^1000000 : 1.
