Spent cartel coins, did nothing.
Used cartel coins to buy character races but they are still locked. Do I absolutely have to subscribe to do anything?!
I paid 4.99 to make a "purchase" required to activate spending cartel coins and it looks like that was a waste.
Did you claim the item from the cartel market , once claimed that item goes into the inventory of the character claiming, that item then needs to be used to unlock the species on the account.
