steam store subscrition issues
I've sent in an email with screenshots for the steam bought subscriptions, not sure how long does the review process take but it's been several hours now and i'm still preferred status.
Support have asked if you can call them to fix an account issue
also when i checked they couldnt see an email from you with the screenshots , maybe resend the email using the swtor email and check it arrived when you call to fix the account
