Steam subscription no longer recognised after renewal
Hi all,
I've had a recurring subscription for SWTOR through Steam for nearly a year now, but for some reason, at the most recent renewal at the end of last month, it's no longer recognising my time in game. The payment went through on Steam, and I have sent of my SteamID and proof of purchase to [edit: email address removed], but haven't received a reply (email was below 4MB and followed all other guidelines as well). In nearly a year of subscribing via Steam, this is the first time this has happened. There was no interruption to the pay cycle, no change of details, and no missed payments.
It seems this problem is happening to alot of people, and I'm wondering if there's a workaround while I wait for this to be resolved, or if EA/Valve are aware of an issue causing this.
Swtor support should be sending you some instructions shortly, keep an eye on the swtor email , nearly 1 am here so i am going to sleep can check further tomorrow if need be.
