Steam subscription not activated

Давний игрок в эту замечательную игру, но в первый раз возникла подобная проблема. Проблема связана с подпиской. Всегда играл через ваш лаунчер, скаченный сразу с сайта игры, попытался оплатить подписку, выдало ошибку, попытался оплатить разными способами и кредитной картой и paypal. В итоге с кредитной карты просто списывается маленькая сумма в 60 RUB и выдает ошибку. Скачал игру через платформу Steam, купил подписку там, но она просто не пришла. Помогите с решением вопроса.
Я написал все на почту [edit: email address removed], но сколько ждать ответа неизвестно, поэтому решил продублировать на форуме.
Получилось оплатить себе подписку только через Origin , потому что там высылается код. Можно как-нибудь сделать возврат?

A longtime player of this great game, but this is the first time a similar problem has arisen. The problem is with the subscription. I always played through your launcher, downloaded immediately from the game site, tried to pay for the subscription, gave an error, tried to pay in different ways, both by credit card and paypal. As a result, a small amount of 60 RUB is simply debited from the credit card and gives an error. I downloaded the game through the Steam platform, bought a subscription there, but it just didn't come. Help with the solution of the issue.
