Steam Subscription not Activating

Hi,

I already emailed support with the required details (Steam Account details ad purchase history) but no news, not even a curtesy email saying that the issue will be taken care of.

Since it's a day (and I suppose other days will pass), I'd like to know if the subscription will start when effectively activated or not.

Could you please escalate the issue for me?
