Steam Subscription not showing up

MY STEAM SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT SHOWING ON MY SWTOR ACCOUNT. 

I have had a steam subscription for a year now. It renewed yesterday. I was even sent the email for the cartel coins. 

And now its saying "preffered' for my status. 

And YES I HAVE RESET MY EA ACCOUNT. I also reset my SWTOR account. 

Steam says I have the subscription (30 days, paid 27th of Sept) , but SWTOR is not. 

What is going on?

    I can confirm if the email is there in about 3 hrs when they are online for the day (presume email was sent from the email on the swtor account)

    from there likely be 24hrs before they get to the email in the queue

  • Only problem is they told since i snipped the needed information they couldn't do anything about it. I had to send them the full screen page (never mind that has some of my CC number on it and previous steam purchases) 

    I don't get why this is necessary? I got the cartel coins for the subscription two days ago? That means they have a record of my transaction. Why do I, as a customer, have to give personal information in order to get what i paid for? Why does EA need to see my purchase history? 

    I know you are volunteer, and thanks for helping, but it is frustrating that EA treats its customers this way.

    I flagged to check if everything is on track for you with support 

    The reason behind needing proof of purchase is that steam will not share payment details with swtor , given you have paid steam , swtor do not have any other record of what has been purchased, hence a payment on swtor.com does not require this.

    So to limit fraud and confirm the purchase , support are required to gather certain details and record it against your account before able to add the correct subscription to your account
