Hello, Ive recently bought a swtor 30day subscription on steam. However both the swtor website and ingame say i am still preferred stats and have not purchased a subscription. I have been charged for the full price and it has been paid but i still am left with no subscription. I've tried calling support for help but haven't gotten anywhere. My account name is: mavent. it would be of great help to get a response or a fix, thanks.
