@proxos666 excuse me is there a free line to call through skype? i live in egypt and its really hard to pay for the high rates for a normal call. Please help sir, thank you.

The Origin account (the master account) tied to your SWTOR account is "dormant", thus not allowing transactions for any game.
In order to enable it again, you need to contact our support by phone.
As this issue refers to your account and deals with potentially sensitive information, as our only focus is to make sure accounts remain secure at all times, we require that you call directly our support lines.Funny thing is that i changed my old email with a new fresh one, yet idk what does origin account have to do with my steam account.
im so frustrated, and i feel scammed....i paid money and i didnt get the service i paid for.

An active ea/origin account is needed for the purchasing in swtor see https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked

thats true my SWTOR account was made at 2015!
so what should i do now? will i not get my subscription?
I do have an active origin account with the same Email i have currently for SWTOR

i have flagged to check if the issue is call only , however there are around another 24 other responses yet before i get yours
so just wait for now

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona 01256469 (not Veilmourne your posting on now) that EA account uses a Hotmail email (different email from swtor)
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
let me know when sorted and i can flag again

@proxos666 I found the account with the persona 01256469 and i reset it password successfully , what is the next step please? my subscription isnt activated yet ☹️

Your ticket is back in the queue for an agent , so it should get resolved soonish , not far away anyways
