Hello there guys, a while ago i purchased the 30 days bundle on steam and it hasnt worked. im still free to play in the game and im not sure what to do. i sent an Email to swtor support and i havent received any reply back. Any help would be appreciated.

thats true my SWTOR account was made at 2015!
so what should i do now? will i not get my subscription?
I do have an active origin account with the same Email i have currently for SWTOR
i have flagged to check if the issue is call only , however there are around another 24 other responses yet before i get yours
so just wait for now

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona 01256469 (not Veilmourne your posting on now) that EA account uses a Hotmail email (different email from swtor)
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
