Do I get a refund for the missed game time because of the time I spend trying to fix the age-old problem of the launcher being stuck at 0% while installing assets?

I am not using the BR version of the launcher.
Handy info to know, try deleting the file called retailclient_swtor.version
Ensure launcher.exe is in the exception lists for the antivirus and firewall as that is what usually causes trouble.
If it persists in the game folder is a log folder with launcher logs , provide the latest one it may indicate what is occurring hopefully
