Stuck at Loading screen

Hello there! Have a Windows 10 64-bit where was installed SWTOR. Working until recent times, but two days ago after launching the game started to demonstrate only Loading screen (Heta Col with holocron at center), moreover the lower-right wheel is spinning. No more characters list or servers list (playnig on Satele Shan, but it doesn't matter). Same picture after 20 minutes waiting, and yesterday, and day before. No way to pass it, only crushing game with Alt + F4.

What I had be done:

1. Editted "client_settings.ini" with "Fullscreen = false", "D3DFullScreen = false" and "RefreshRate = 60" - doesn't help
2. Editted "ContextError.ini" with "GUI_CharacterSheetVisible = false" to "true" - doesn't help
3. Delete "Greyspaceshadow_Account.ini" and "Greyspaceshadow_AccountDev.ini" in Local, then launching the game. Files appeared again, but infinite loading screen still have - so doesn't help
4. Editted "client_defaults.ini" in Steam game directory with "Fullscreen = false" in Local - doesn't help
5. Refreshed my AMD drivers - doesn't help
6. Tried to do Alt + Enter after launching - doesn't help
7. Verified game files by Steam several times - doesn't help

Attaching last log and dxdiag if it will help. I think the problem starting from last update 7.7c but I could be wrong. Please help
