when i played on my level 50 sith juggernaut i got stuck in the last part of the quest "Industrial collapse" after killing C-9X i looted the signal emitter but the game is reacting like i havent picked it up yet... and there is no way to restart the quest..
as you can see in this forum post im not the only one with this problom so please fix it somehow...
Right now there is an issue with the setting "Area Loot" which allows you to pick up all items from all mobs at once versus individually. It's a bug since 4.0, I would disable the setting Area Loot and then go to your mission log, highlight the mission and at the bottom click Reset. Make sure you've exited any instances your in, you can't reset a mission while still in the instance. Once you leave you should be able to reset it.
Then once reset, complete again with Area Loot disabled.
i see your point, BUT you cant reset the quest.. even though you are on another planet
it says quoate "This mission cannot be reset right now" :/
Does it allow a reset whilst located in fleet ? you can also try right clicking your character portrait , select reset all phases and try re-entering and see if it is completable
sorry haven't looked into this particular issue yet but the above are generic workarounds for a lot of issues.
