Stuck on Loading Screen After Arriving on Hoth (Sith Warrior)

Question

Hello,I am experiencing an issue in Star Wars: The Old Republic. After arriving on Hoth while following the Sith Warrior storyline, the game no longer loads properly. When I select my character and press "Play," the game gets stuck on the loading screen indefinitely. However, if I try logging in with other characters, the game loads without any issues.I have already tried reinstalling and repairing the game, but the problem persists.Has anyone encountered this problem before? Is there a possible fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

try lowering gfx to low , most issues of loading onto hoth are systems that dont meet the minimum game requirements

You can email support@swtor.com and ask for that character to be moved just in case too

I've already tried lowering the graphics to the minimum and contacted support to move the character, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Do you have any other suggestions that might help?

Can you update the video driver with the top one listed at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/226266/intel-core-i51235u-processor-12m-cache-up-to-4-40-ghz-with-ipu/downloads.html

Also shift the windows power option from balanced to high performance when playing swtor and see if any change
