Stuck on Vision in the dark chapter

Hi there,

I've just done the 'Vision in the Dark' Chapter 3 times, for some reason it won't trigger the next chapter start, and whenever I go to the chapter select it will not let me click or select the next one.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm on a preferred account, but I legit have no idea what is happening. Any help would be fab - I really wanna carry on with this story!
