Subscirption not updating in-game

I subscribed a couple hours ago, and have been waiting, have checked my subscription on swtor.com and it says it is active, however when I go on the game it says i'm preferred still, and it doesn't l...

    After a long gruelling process (due to the holidays not EA) I finally managed to contact customer service by phone and managed to resolve the issue thanks to a friendly helpful customer service employee 🙂

I apologize I don't know why it was marked as resolved.  I went ahead and removed it.  Hopefully customer service is able to assist you today with this issue.

@Yami_Raiton My apologies, I marked the thread as solved after I could see successful logins to the account that the subscription was applied to.

Can you confirm what display name you're using to log in to the launcher? EDIT: Glad to see it's sorted now.

    Thanks, it was an error on my part, but as i said all fixed now 🙂 somehow i had 2 accounts with similar names, I don't remember making the other account (was back in 2012) but it has been locked now so the mistake can't happen again.
