Subscribed, still Free to Play

Hello! I purchased the featured 60 days of game time with no renewal billing. In my EA account the transaction status is marked as completed, but in-game I'm still listed as Free to Play. Account: ...

    @Madstarkone 

     I would say that swtor account doesnt have any purchases, but support can confirm what is going on

    Support are adding the gametime very shortly , you should get an email when it has occurred, if you are logged into the game you will need to log out and back in for the subscription to reflect correctly

    Gametime has been added, you should also see a purchase history link on the subscription page now too

the transaction must be showing in the transaction history page of the swtor account for the swtor account _Weiss 

if it isnt i would start to wonder if you are looking at a different account

I am in the correct account as you can see on the atached photos.
I also dont find any transaction history page.

I can provide more image from my EA account transaction history, or even my banks billing about the purchase if you will.
