Subscribtion Problem
Hello,
recently picked the game backup and wanted to subscribe/ add some Cartel Coins to my account.
So my Problem is i can't buy any cartel coins or subscribe to swtor, it neither works with Credit Card nor via Paypal.
It goes to the screen seen in the attachement and doesnt go futher.
The second problem is i now bought a 60-Day Pre-Paid Time Card, but it said that there was a Problem with my account and i should try to put the code back in later.
I tried it again and now it says that the code is already used but i didnt got the subscribsion.
It worked with Cartel Coins that i bought via Pre Paid so i dont really understand what the problem is.

To fix the account you need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona abcinb5nmifw5 (not IL2freak your posting on now) that EA account uses the same schmid-ninghetto email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
Support also said there was also payment issue on the account so after changing password if you plans to make purchase on swtor.com, should wait at least 24 hoursfor future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support also have your email but need the above done before able to add gametime , it is 11:40pm so i am good for the day now but will check status tomorrow
