Can you confirm the username used in the launcher is xXRevelry , CS has informed that account is correctly subscribed.

Its only ever been xXRevelry when launching swotor. I changed my email when I couldnt validate my original email... is there anyway to fix that?
When you log into the game using xXRevelry is it now showing as a subscriber account ?
