Failure Of The Subscription Page
"Subscribe Now" page takes to the payment option then FAILS to continue. Then went to the Origin site (https://www.origin.com/gbr/en-us/store/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic) and purchased a code from there, to see if I could get around whatever block is on the main site but was unable to enter the following code XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (code redacted for this is a public forum) when going to the website SWTOR.Com I was also unable to redeem said code due to "The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time. Please try again later."
This has been failing since 25/04/2020, there is no workaround, there has been no response via email which was has been sent on the 26/04/2020 and a follow up on the 29/04/2020, no response on the twitter account, which is unsurprising. The landing page of this Answers EA states to Create an in-game ticket... when you're not a subscriber, good luck. When is this getting looked into, and resolved?
