Subscription Issues 2021 (not steam purchases) bought from swtor.com

I'm having an issue subscribing via the SWTOR website. It is saying that I need to use a different card, my card works fine. Every time I've tried to sub to TOR it says the same thing but is charging me $1 each time. My username is Drendalen.

support said on their end they arent seeing a purchase attempt , the $1 is merchant check they get auto refunded , they suggest saving the card without trying to purchase via transaction history first, then purchase. if that does not work it's the payment method
