Hello there. My swtor user name is Ayushman and I am from India.
I am a returning player to swtor. Last few days I am trying to get sub, but I am getting an error citing payment failed. Both in my card and paypal. Which is weird, considering I was subbed in through out 2019. So far I have checked using different browsers, if the linked e-mails were same and reset the password to EA account. Still nothing. I am at a loss. Any help is appreciated.
on swtor side the transactions appear as declined by the bank , chat to the bank to be sure etc
Hi! @proxos666 I'm trying to pay for the 6 month sub but I continue to run into an error where I can't purchase it at all. I've tried doing it in chrome and in incognito mode. Nothing goes through. My card hasn't been charged at all either. I've also changed my password twice. My username is: simplytifa. I'm in the US, if that helps at all.
support see no issue on the swtor account , they can see a lot of rejected purchase by the bank, maybe try a different payment method and check with the bank if they see any issue with the card

@proxos666 im stuck in preferred status and my payment says "open". payment has come out of my account and all. haven't had this happen before. Swtor account name is: Geedi
