Unable to subscribe.
Currently preferred status. Had subscription long ago.
Am able to access and play the game no problem, but when trying to subscribe website does not let me in.
It says it does not recognize the computer (same computer I'm playing on with no issues). Website says it is sending a one time password I need to use.
My email never receives the one time password. Have tried several times. Never arrives.

if your not getting the OTP email (not in your spam folder ?) your best to call swtor support when the lines open in about an hour , they can help get you sorted
Hello, few days ago I asked for help about my payment status staying "OPEN". I was advised to wait until monday. Unfortunately, problem is not solved at the moment, is it necessary to call support. (I really don't know which line to call from Russia). Please help.

Help please, i've return to play yesterday after years and now i having problems purchasing anything. Was trying to get a sub and shows maintenance issue. My SWTOR username is Deliria

Error message when trying to subscribe: "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}"
Error message when trying to by one-time: "This service is currently unavailable for this account. If you wish to purchase more cartel coins please call our Customer Service team or you can try again tomorrow."
I was trying to make my 30 day subscription using both card and paypal but always get an error message. I tried this for almost a day, hoping that it was some temporary issue. Then i decided to try the 60 days billed once subscription, which worked. However, after a while i was charged for the 30 days subscription (though i have waited some time between the attempts) and now i have two subscriptions when i should have only one.

ok i gotcha, i remember changing my swtor email bc the old one i dont use anymore. is there anyway u can find out what that email is? bc all the old emails i no longer have the passwords for. thnx
