yes i saw that thank you, but i dont have access to my old email however. there are only maybe 3 possible emails i couldve used, but they are so old i dont have the passwords for them. what should i do now? call EA support?

If you dont have access if you call swtor support when the lines open they may be able to update the email on the linked EA account
otherwise open an EA ticket per https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account

These are the details that are on my account. I still have 16 days of subscription play time remaining. So how come I am Preferred?

said it didnt go through, charged my account
tried to use a bought card from amazon didnt work now it says its been used.
either way i have 60 days but your site says i dont yet still charged me.
Ok it seems initially the payment method was declined by your bank , then after retrying a number of times the swtor system has blocked you as well
cases like this it is best to wait a full 24 hrs before trying again , then readd / use a different payment method
if you still have issues after that , it is best to call swtor support when the lines are open so they can assist further
