Ok email was found , you should be all sorted now , be sure to cancel the subscription in steam , you can repurchase onsteam after the current gametime ends
Hi I have also been having issues with subscribing via the SWTOR website, I have purchased game time through steam and it also isn't working either. My account name is Mrbigkev. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

when i checked they had no email per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message , so have the screenshots handy when you call and ask to upload to a case whilst on the phone or confirm they have your steam email when you call.
