There is an issue on the account that caused the steam time not to apply to the account , you need to call to resolve that issue
maybe try using skype or similar to call , you still need to provide the screenshots so they can add the gametime once the account is fixed
I have called them and all their lines are busy and there isn't even a hold, it just hangs up.
Since my subscription was gifted I cant even go through with the support ticket since it needs 3 screenshots.
Why is this even an issue and why do they make it so hard to fix, I would really like someone to actually help please.
My account name is XOdinX and I would really appreciate it if I got some help.

anyways your account is flagged to be checked and if they see your steam email , response will be in about 8 hrs when support are online for the day

Your email is there however they cant add the gametime due to an account issue
You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account
