Subscription not working ingame been 6 hours

Bought it on the main website not steam tried to contact in game but it still says subscribe now can it be manually activated please ?  IGN username callmegoughy

    Support said the sub is active now , so that is good to hear

I am also having troubles with what appears to be the same issue. I've sent an email but haven't gotten a response
