To fix the account for future purchases, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona skull222k (not ryan00oo8 your posting on now) that EA account uses a Yahoo email
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Its amazing how you return to a game buy a sub, don't get it then you start to wonder if its even worth coming back to the game and just getting a refund. anyways my ingame name is Jabelous and id atleast like what i paid for

try resending firstup from the email you have used on the swtor account and let me know when sent and can see if it arrives ok

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account
