Subscription Paid but Not Active

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my SWTOR subscription and account email mismatch, and I’m hoping someone can help clarify what’s going on.

Here’s what happened:
* I launched the game and was prompted to renew my subscription.
* I purchased a 60-day subscription through the launcher.
* The payment went through successfully, and I received a receipt email.

However, this is where things get confusing:
* The subscription receipt was sent to username2 email
* My SWTOR account (on swtor.com) was still tied to username1 email.
* When logging into the website, it required a one-time verification code, which was being sent to the old email username1 email, not the one that received the receipt.

I was eventually able to access the old email, get a new verification code, and log in. After that:
* I updated my SWTOR account email username2 email (the one that received the receipt).
* Despite this, my subscription is still not showing as active in-game.

So now I’m stuck wondering:
* Did the subscription get applied to a different account?
* Is there a delay in syncing the subscription to the correct account?
* Or did I somehow pay for a subscription tied to the wrong email/account entirely?

At this point, I’ve paid for the subscription, have the receipt, but still can’t access subscriber status in-game.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

  • you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open , it does sound like the sub was purchased on another account 

    support should be able to transfer this subscription
