Subscription time purchased on Steam not activating
I tried to purchase subscription time through Steam and it accepted my money and they emailed me a receipt, but the game doesn't reflect that I have subscribed.
Any help would be appreciated, because if this doesn't get resolved soon I'm just gonna issue a refund on the subscription and uninstall.
Attached is my proof of purchase for the sub time, if it's required. Also when I try to buy subscription time on the SWTOR site, it gives me this message:

I read that it could be that my account is banned from purchasing, but I don't know why it would be.
