Subscription to swtor for recurring player
I have been inactive for a few years and coming back to swtor now. When I try to set up subscription, I get the following error:
An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}
And that error tells me exactly noting. I know my credit card works, I have set up my WoW subscription with the same card. I have also checked that my EA account is active. When I log in to EA, my failed attempts at setting up subscription shows up there. The error there isn`t more helpful: Wrong payment method or missing information. As said, the card works just fine on other sites.
I also tried to call UK help line, but no one there answers. Trying to find help on any web sites just sends me in circles. I can`t contact SWTOR in game because that is just for subscribers. Is it even possible to fix this or do I just quit playing because they won`t allow me to subscribe? Why does EA make this so hard?
