Subscription via Steam does not work
Hello, I also paid for the subscription via steam. But nothing has happened so far. I am still the preferred player.

or can call swtor support and they will get you to upload the screenshots whilst on the phone
I sent screenshots to support, but received no response
given the time of year , i would expect 3 -5 days , calling to upload the screenshots will be faster
