Hello.Russia. I try to pay for subscription, but it didn't happen (error). But 3 times 60 rub was billed from my card. How do back it (180 rubles)? Mail: [edit: email address removed]
They sound like card verification charge that should autorefund usually within 7 days, unfortunately billing issues are only by contacting swtor support by phone
if english is a major issue if you have a friend that can translate for you that is fine as long as you are there to verify as the account owner
