Subsription missing and no GMail

Hi, I have recently subscribed (a couple of days ago). However, besides on the website, my game is still free to play. I have reinstalled the game, but it wouldn't change to subscription. Is there an...

    no, it should show there. It sounds more like you are logging into the wrong account. 

    Make sure you use that accountname on the launcher. 

    If you still got trouble, please call my colleagues and they can guide you through it.

What is your swtor username ? can see if it is something you need to call in for.

in regards to email try using you@googlemail.com instead of you@gmail.com
