SW: TOR. Missing purchased item from GTN

I recently bought an "Advanced Copper Hawkeye Crystal" item from the Galactic Trade Network, and several other items, then went to the post office to get the purchased items, highlighted all the letters and clicked the "Collect Attachments" button. and when I opened the inventory, I realized that I did not have this item, although the chat window displayed information that I had bought "Advanced copper Hawkeye Crystal". Can you tell me how to fix the loss and return the item?
