SWTOR Black Screen followed by a crash (Steam version)

So for some reason after the 6.2 update my SWTOR just refuses to launch. I have tried both the original client as well as the Steam version and they both seem to have the same issue. The launcher boots up just fine. I log in and as as soon as I hit play I will get a black screen, sometimes the little blue windows loading curser icon and then a crash. I am currently trying to use the Steam version but have had the same exact problem. 

SWTOR seems to be the only program that is having this issue as I have tried other games and they have worked normally.

I have tried so far:

Complete restart 

A complete redownload of the Steam version

Driver Updates

Windows Updates

Run as administrator

I also included a copy of dxdiag.txt if somebody wants to look through it
