SWTOR: BUG IN MAIL, COD SYSTEM
So once again I recently come back to the game and once again I ask for help. I need the credits I lost on May 2022. I wrote a post here asking for help but nothing came from it.
On my original post it says:
Hello I recently recovered my hacked account and sent over credits via mail. The problem is I cant recover them. I sent 3.5 billion credits 5 times (5 mails) 17.5 billion Total.
When I contact in-game support, they tell me and I Quote:
"I have checked the details on my end and it seems like the credits you sent were somehow sent in a COD version of the mail where it would not allow you to claim an item without paying for it. But the mail was sent only with the credits in COD version because of a glitch.
I see a possibility for you to be able to claim the credits from the mail but in this scenario, I would recommend you to wait for 2 days more and when the COD cooldown is gone from the mail, you should be able to claim credits on the Character." END QUOTE
So I waited 2 more days and I still could not claim the credits, so I contact support again. And they answer with, and I quote:
"I have got the details checked from our next-level team and they investigated the issue on their end. They tested it on their end and tried to replicate the mail but that did not work, this seems to be happening because of a bug or an error in the game, and in this case I would suggest you write a bug report.
This seems to be happening because of a bug or an error in the game and in this case I would suggest you to write a bug report." END QUOTE
So the "next-level team" couldn't replicate the issue and they ask me to submit a bug report and I do the bug report with all the happiness in the world to try and help the game. BUT, what will happen to the credits? Do I need to wait until they fix the bug so I can recover the credits or are my credits lost forever?? This are the questions I asked with my last ticket and they almost copy pasted the last answer and added , and I quote:
"repetitive contacting will be considered as duplication of ticket and those tickets will be closed as duplicate." END QUOTE
When will I receive the lost credits? Clearly it was a problem "bug" in the game that support confirmed.
I still have the emails from support.
