SWTOR: Cannot subscribe neither with a card, nor with PayPal

The EA account maxjellyfish is permanently linked to the swtor account MaxPantherum  no matter emails and passwords used on each account

have you updated the country on the EA account to the country you are located in now as the EA account country will reflect for purchasing

i dont believe the email used matters , however the region should be the region your physically in now , and the credit cards should be from the country your located in 

worst case , liking to steam will work now the account is active

Seems the linked EA account is still disabled and its data has been wiped

You can try to restore the account if you know the @Mail.ru email address (email needed is not the email on your swtor account) use this link  to try and restore that account

otherwise best to call swtor support when the lines are open they can update the email on the linked EA account

Support said your linked EA account is banned , however if you call them when the lines are open they should be able to assist you

There is a known issue with certain payment methods out of Denmark 

Best suggestion is to put that card on paypal and pay via paypal if an option , otherwise gametime codes or purchasing via steam after linking accounts will work as well

The linked ea account has been disabled and data wiped, and uses a Hotmail.com email 

use this link (insert the @hotmail.com email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account

Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com

Be aware there is an issue with cards from Denmark, so once the above is sorted its best to pay via paypal

edit: support have your screenshots for a steam purchase but need the above sorted before can add gametime

When a swtor account is created an EA account is created using the same email, that EA account is used for purchasing subscriptions, that EA account has been data wiped and disabled due to inactivity, that account needs to be active - https://help.ea.com/nz/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked/

i gather the hotmail email was used to create the swtor account, the linked ea account still used the hotmail email address

if you dont have access to that email, call swtor support when the lines are open, they can help put a new email address on that disabled ea account and resolve the issue
