swtor: cant login after years or reset pw

Question

morning,so after years i decided to have a quick look whats new in the game and i dont even get past the login screen.i do know my Screen Name (had it confirmed just incase by having it send to me again) and im pretty sure i remember my password.yet i get : LOGIN FAILEDi tried to reset the password and altho it clearly says "If you don't have a Security Key, you can leave this blank." ... i then get : Security Key field is required...when i do leave it blank...on the other hand, i own the collectors edition and have a physical keyfob that displays 8 digits and not 6 as the reset password page says it should...and if i DO use it,i get&nbsp; : An error has occurred.im at a loss here so any help that doesnt require international calls would be appreciated

there is , but to remove the security key from the account, is by phone only

support@swtor.com , if you email them about an account issue like removing the key , given time of year likely 3 - 5 days to get a response and it will be you need to call them

if you get login failed with leaving the key part blank , then the password is wrong
