Yes i use 60hz by default. Becouse i dont need 144/120/100 and i cant play all games with stable 120+ fps. So i dont neet it at all.
Not sure what exactly cable i using. But i can choose in windows any refreshrate and its works fine. I am just prefer 60hz.
Cable was with monitor when i bought it.
One more time - i played A LOT of other games with this monitor and system. Like 200++++ And NO such problems at all. Dont search problem from my side.

The next time you turn your computer off, find the cable from the monitor to the computer, unplug the cable from the computer end and note down what you think it is, now on the metal just above or below that socket it will say what type of connector it is as noted by Proxos666, it will be engraved into the metal.
If it doesn't show there, look in your graphics card manual or if your graphics is intergrated, the motherboard manual and find the specifications for the motherboard, it will say in that what the connectors are on the backend of the device.
